Overview

This store is operated by Tire Reviews LLC. By placing an order you agree to these terms together with our Returns & Refunds, Shipping and Privacy policies.

Products & pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown before tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We try to display products and colors accurately, but your screen may render them differently, and our items are made to order so minor variation is normal. Prices and product availability can change at any time.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe and is taken when you place your order. By paying you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. In short: 30-day returns on unworn items, with return shipping paid by you, except where an item is faulty or incorrect. EU and UK consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (made-to-order and personalised items excepted) - see the Returns & Refunds policy.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer (including under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act) where those rights apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, and any dispute will be subject to the courts located in Utah.
