30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with any tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, altered or damaged through use can't be accepted.

EU & UK customers: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To use it, tell us within those 14 days (email [email protected] with your order number). We'll refund the price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of getting the goods back; you pay the cost of returning them. This statutory right is in addition to our 30-day policy above. Exception: by law the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised - our apparel is bleached by hand to order and items with a customization note are made to your specification, so these are exempt once production has started, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

Return shipping is paid by you

We do not offer free returns. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked service — we can't issue a refund for a return we never receive.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund the price of the item to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it. Original shipping is not refunded.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the size you want. This is the fastest way to get the right fit.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, that's on us — contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping.

Made-to-order items

Our apparel is bleached by hand to order. Because each piece is made individually, slight variation in placement, pattern and color from the photos is normal and is not considered a defect.
