Where we ship

We ship from Tooele, Utah, USA to the countries listed at checkout. If your country is not listed there, we are not taking orders to that destination yet. Live carrier rates (USPS and others) are calculated for your address during checkout — you choose the service and see the exact cost before you pay.

Processing & delivery time

Items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Transit time on top of that depends on the service you pick at checkout. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders, duties & taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees on international orders are not included in the price or shipping you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once a label is printed, and orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping charge.

Lost or delayed packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands, but we're here to help — if tracking stalls or a package goes missing, email [email protected] and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
