What we collect

To process an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and phone number (optional), plus the details of what you ordered. We keep a record of your orders so we can provide support and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Payment information

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your full card number is sent directly to Stripe and never touches or is stored on our servers. Shipping

We share your name and shipping address with our shipping provider Shippo and the chosen carrier to produce a label and deliver your order. See goshippo.com/privacy.

Email

We use your email to send order confirmations and shipping updates. These are transactional messages about your purchase, not marketing.

Cookies & analytics

We use a first-party session cookie (shopsess) to remember your cart and keep you signed in while you shop, and a small cookie (shop_consent) to remember your cookie choice. These are essential to running the store.

On the live shop we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the store is used and to measure ecommerce activity such as product views, cart activity and purchases. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect technical information such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. For visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you accept the cookie banner; you can decline, and you can change your mind by clearing the cookie for this site. Sharing & retention

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order, run analytics for the shop (above), and where required by law. We keep order records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements.
